How is the price calculated?

When a plot is sold for the first time, the floor area (square meters) is converted to SQM 1 to 1. If you want to sell a plot again later, you can do so again at the desired price - including furniture and equipment of the building. We always round down decimal places in square meters to the buyer's benefit.

Usable area of ​​a plot:

The actual usable area is usually larger than the footprint of the property. This is easily explained by several floors on the property or if - if possible - the building protrudes in the air beyond the actual floor area.
